This Junmai Daiginjo by Sanwa Shuzo is a luxurious sake crafted with Aiyama rice polished to 45%, using the delicate fukurotsuri (bag-drip) method—collecting only the purest drops of sake without pressure.

Known as Kaibinjurika (開壜十里香), meaning “fragrance that travels ten miles upon opening,” this sake lives up to its name with a graceful, aromatic profile and smooth, clean finish.
